I love anything that has to do with layers. Lasagna, red velvet layer cake, layers of warm blankets, the thin layers of a flaky croissant and of course, layers of clothing. It has been pretty chilly here in Mexico lately, which I am thoroughly enjoying, so I have been dressing in lots of layers. One of my favorite pieces to layer is this faux fur vest. It goes well over sweaters, jackets or even blazers for a more sophisticated look. I wore it here with a simple, black long-sleeved tee, denim shorts and tights for a casual Sunday.
